Blog Vocabulary Not at Child's Level
As I was migrating the blog to this site, I noticed something that some people may get hung up over.
The vocabulary I use on this blog is not aimed at young children. I have many children between 10 and 26 now, and I use vocabulary aimed at each of their levels when talking with them.
All interactions with children are dynamic and have to be adjusted to their current level of understanding. Also younger children respond better to concrete examples and activities rather than the abstractions that young adults can handle.
