Green married Lovina AMICK on 4 June 1843 in Howard, Bates County, Missouri. [1] [5] [8] [9] [4] She was the daughter of David AMICK and Elizabeth of Andrew Co., Missouri.

Lovina was born on 26 Jun 1825 in Missouri. [10] She died on 29 Dec 1887 in Rockwall, Rockwall, Texas, USA. She was buried in Rockwall Cemetery, Rockwall, Rockwall Co., Texas.

They had the following children:

(i.) Son, David B. JACKS [4] was born [6] on 08 Mar 1844 in Missouri.[11]

(ii.) Daughter, Eliza Benton JACKS [4] was born [6] on 27 Oct 1845 in Missouri.[11] She died on 31 May 1933.

(iii.) Daughter, Nancy E. JACKS [4] was born [6] on 23 Nov 1847 in Missouri.[11] The 1870 Census shows her as "Wilburn Williams , M , age 25 , born in Kentucky | Nancy E Williams , F , 22 , Missouri | James L Williams , M , 4 , Texas, living with Green Berry Jacks.

(iv.) Daughter, Sarah Green "Gallie" JACKS [4] was born on 16 May 1849 in Missouri.[11] She married Hiram Demarcus Lanham. She died on 01 Sep 1926. See [The_Hiram_Demarcus_Lanham_Family] for details.

(vi.) Son, Jeff JACKS [4] born [6] on 03 Apr 1852.

(vii.) Son, Milton Jefferson JACKS, born 03 Jul 1852 in Joplin, Mo. [5] [4] He married Mary Ina Elizabeth Pharr, [12] born 27 Oct 1873 in Georgia, [12] [13] daughter of C.S. Pharr and Sarah E. Garrison. [12] They had the following children: Jesse L. Jacks 1895–1939, Allie Jacks 1897, Daniel M. Jacks 1898–1917, Lavina Jacks 1901, Green Berry Jacks 1902–1986, Henry C. Jacks 1905, Josie O Jacks 1907, Fannie Bell Jacks 1908–1908, Rubbie E Jacks 1911, Authar R Jacks 1918. [14] [15] He died on 02 May 1929 in Quinlan, Hunt, Texas.[5] Mary Ina died 15 Nov 1957 in Kaufman, Texas.[16]

(viii.) JACKS was born [6] on 16 Aug 1854. The first name is ripped off the page. The paper is very old and fragile.

(ix.) Son, John Alvin Jacks, born on 27 July 1863. He worked as a pumper. He died 12 May 1926 in Blackwell, Coke, Texas.[7]
