Peter Logan YOST was born on 27 Sep 1867 in Petersburg, , Michigan, USA, son of Michael YOST. He died about 1910 in Illinois.

Peter married Lulie Annie MUNN daughter of James Monroe MUNN and Annie Peabody BURCHMORE. Lulie was born on 25 Oct 1869 in West Fairlee, Orange, Vermont, USA.

They had the following children:

(i.) George Willis Yost (later changed his name to Stephen GREY) was born on 24 Nov 1894. He died in May 1988.

He was last heard from in a letter written on stationery of The Palmer House, Chicago. He stated he was looking for work, would send for Lulie and children when he got work. Family thinks he was killed in a train wreck. Was never heard from again. The marriage was annulled on grounds of desertion. Lulie re-married in 1911. Lulie died about 1910 in Newaygo, Michigan, USA. She was buried in Newaygo, Michigan, USA.
