The QMS establishes documented information needed to operate this business.

The QMS complies with this the ISO 9001-2015 standard.

It is a process-based quality management system (QMS).

The QMS includes the processes that the business needs to operate and meet objectives.

Each process identifies roles and their responsibilities and authorities.

Each process identifies risks and opportunities for each process.

The QMS identifies our methods to evaluate processes.

We improve the QMS over time as we operate the business.

5. QMS documents and records retention

  • We retain tax records for the minimum time required by IRS regulations (7 years)

  • The QMS is maintained on this website. It is not printed. Any printed copies are uncontrolled.

  • The website maintains the documents needed to support process operations.

  • The website access controls are with the business manager, who is the only role able to update the QMS.

  • The business manager retains records which show that plans are being followed.
