On day two, the hugo portion went fine. I followed instructions and voila. The AsciiDoc source converts nicely too.

However, I lost my original source for some of my old site and worked for a while manually converting HTML to AsciiDoc.

Then I realized that I can automate this conversion with Pandoc.

So I finished much more quickly than my initial velocity would have indicated.
